Amidst the kick ass product launches from Nokia Connection 2009, I almost forgot to mention the new Nokia 3710 Fold, which forms part of the latest S40 device offerings of Nokia. Off the bat, it is really thin and considered to be a mid-range 3G unit with a 3.2 MP camera but we won’t be seeing this baby till Q4. I don’t know what’s extremely special about this device (I mean, what makes it worthy of a Q4 announcement?) except for its really thin form factor.

How to set up email in Nokia S40 phones

If you own a S40 phone, you don’t need to be jealous of the more powerful S60 owners — even you can download your email into your S40 powered phones using Ovi. All you need to do is set up a Mail account with Ovi at www.mail.ovi.com and enjoy 1GB of virtual storage space.
If you’re from countries that have metered-based rates instead of data-based rates, this can be a boon. Take the Philippines for instance:

Nokia 2330 Classic: Frills? None.

The Nokia 2330 Classic is again an updated version of Nokia’s entry level design. It comes with a 2.5mm headphone jack for headphones, EDGE connectivity and a built in FM tuner. Built for developing markets, the 2330 classic relies mostly on apps that allow for more advanced functions such as Mail on Ovi. The phone comes with 32MB of internal memory and no expansion capabilities. No frills!
