One thing I really love about Nokia is their ability to stay away from being too hard sell. In this TED video, we see insights from the One Laptop Per Child project and footage using the Flip cameras. These are clearly two items that eat into Nokia’s stable of products — camera phones in general and the ‘NokiaBook.’ But there’s a bigger message here and Nokia wants us to participate in the universal call to advocacy, a billion miles beyond branding. S60 shuts down Amassador program

Sad news. This June ‘09, S60 is shutting down their word of mouth campaign, the Ambassador Program.
It’s been hardly a year since the Ambassador site launched – and what a journey it has been! Over 21 thousand Ambassadors signed up, we ran 9 campaigns, and heard from you all via nearly 6000 personal accounts you’ve submitted. Such colorful reports they have been too!
