The Helio Ocean is an impressive device. It looks like one of those XDA Windows Mobile devices with the ends smoothened off. Or a bar of soap.
The Helio may have some problems with the keypad though. With the area that folds out being small, there may be some issues with you pressing too many keys at once. The Helio comes with a dual sliding keypad – one for the QWERTY keyboard and the other for the numerical keypad.

Kick it with your thumb and the other half of the phone flips out. CNET recently reviewed the Helio Kickflip phone, packed with high end features to make you kick the air and do a back flip.
The Kickflip is a phone of extremes – you got your EVDO conection but no IM application. You got your 2MP camera but no Bluetooth? Helio sure knows how to take a product and break it.

Helio has hit the US, bringing with it a lot of Asian technology like unlimited high speed streaming of multimedia and a bunch of other neat things like, OMG, MySpace. Helio isn’t just a content provider – it’s also the supplier of the Helio Hero ($275) and Kickflip ($250) units so once you buy into Helio, you really do buy into a new mobile lifestyle.
The services seem quite limited though – the introduction of RSS feeds but not being able to add your own sounds a bit off.
