I think almost users think one call and end buttons. User pressing the left call button makes an outgoing call and user pressing the right button makes to end an active call while one is unconscious. It's working well with my pc for sync. It was able to detect my unit. I agree that the inbox does not reflect the name of the sender but the message. The battery is consumed fast maybe because two sims are working at the same time. Sound is fairly good. GPRS/MMS is working. My phone does not hang. Only disadvantage of course is the low 1.3 mp camera and no radio. And the unfriendly upper and lower case input method when texting. I have to pass several input method before I shift from upper case to lower case. Otherwise it is a good slide phone. Any tips about the phone, guys? Got my own Verzio Twinn. Im having the unit replaced at Haldane Malate (the twinn has a 7-day unit replacement warranty). Though replacement will take about two weeks, im still happy with haldane's accomodating tech support staff. @Carlo
