Middle linebacker E.J. Henderson is the quarterback of the Minnesota Vikings defense. Once again leading the team in tackles (see also two of the past three seasons), his reckless, aggressive style of play has head coach Brad Childress touting him for the Pro Bowl at the halfway point of the 2007 season. I shared a lunchtime conversation with E.J. about must-wins, Packer prep, and the defense that defines Purple Pride.

Nice interview. Henderson is a big reason why the Vikings have had a historically good run defense over the last couple of seasons.
