Tonight on Dhani Tackles the Globe (9 p.m. ET, Travel Channel), the location is Ireland. And the sport is called hurling. Hurling is similar to hockey, played with a small ball (sliothar, similar in size to a hockey ball but with raised ridges) and a curved wooden stick (“hurley” or camán in Irish) on a grass field.
