Jerry Jones Calls Out Marion Barber

Apparently frustrated beyond reasonable words after losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones decided to take it out on one player he felt would’ve made a difference in the game had he played — running back Marion Barber. So upset with Marion was Mr. Jones, he questioned his best running back’s toughness after he decided not to play through a toe injury against the Steelers:
“He can play with that injured toe. He can play with the soreness and a combination of those things. I see nothing that led us to believe he couldn’t.”
How does Mr. Jones know what Marion can and can’t play with? I’m not sure what he is trying to prove by throwing an injured player under the proverbial bus. It isn’t fair. As far as I know, Marion is one of the toughest players in the National Football League. His bruising running style is among the best currently playing the game. I don’t get it. After spending the offseason — and part of this regular season — loading this team with talent, Jerry Jones’ Dallas Cowboys are a tremendous disappointment and in real danger of missing the playoffs. And that’s not Marion Barber’s fault.

I really felt like it was really stupid.
I have watched every game the Cowboys have played, and Marion as always played great. I don’t think that it was fair. “The Cowboys” lost the game against the Steelers not just Marion alone. He can’t do everything for the team. They have to be able to do it themselves.
