I picked it up yesterday @ Borders. I can’t wait to read it. I’ve been watching him since he hit the field in Miami. I wasn’t even paying attention until he scored his 1st Touchdown & the sportscaster said he was from Port Aurthur,Tx and that was all I needed to hear. I was watching the game when he was hurt just to watch him play. I’m so proud of him even more. A true role model any & every kid and grownup can look up to.

To Cynthia…will this be worth seeing????? If you could careless about what happened to Kevin Everett then I suggest you not go and if your only going to get a book (that you also don’t seem to know too much about) even more of a reason not to go. I know plenty of people that would rather go in your place because they care about Everett like he is family and they were actually there and witnessed what happened to him the day he was injured.

Yes from everything that I have heard about the KevingEverett story- what both himself and family have been through and overcome, I feel this would be a moving and inspirational show to attend. Also, you never know with Oprah, she is always giving things away on her show!

I don’t know if Oprah’s giving out books, but I am. Triumph has provided me with four copies and I’ll be giving them away starting Tuesday. Stay tuned.

according to the oprah website the show will be on air thursday the 31st

Absolutely. Word from Triumph Books is that Kevin will be on Oprah Thursday, January 31.
