I wonder if the people writing these support messages understand that this ‘man’ had a ‘rape stand’ behind his house used to force breed unwilling dogs. He shot dogs, hung them from trees, held them under water as they drowned. Basically, tortured! Live, breathing, caring beings! Wether you like it or not, dogs are living beings, and what Vick did is despicable. I am no one to judge, but the NFL has lost me as a customer. I will not kiss someone’s a@# just because he’s a good athlete! Big Deal!

I think Michael Vick deserves a second chance. I do not understand why people with more severe crimes get lesser sentences though. You can murder someone and sometimes only get a few years. Drug dealers often get off with less punishment. Drunk drivers that kill innocent people often get off with a slap on the wrist and probation. The justice system in this country has some severe issues.

Peta needs to fight controlling pit bulls from killing innocent people (especially kids) – where are you in those time Peta!!!! You needed some money for your cause and Mike was it.

we youthanize dogs everyday. we have poverty and starving kids. we abort babies. who cares about a couple of dogs. they are natural hunters and fighters. hell football players die playing a sport. fight for something that really matters. complaine about exxon averaging a billion dollars a month profit over the last r yrs. america is only 300 million people do the math see the harm

“To Maria” You are just one of the few people that don’t believe in redemption. I believe that once Micheal is released and get his business in prospective, he will make a comeback. That’s probably what he is doing with his time, staying in shape, getting his mind focused. Make my words Vick will be back. And if he doesn’t get in the NFL there are a million more things he can do to have a career. I think that Micheal is a human being that makes mistakes like everyone else. As far as other players (all sports) there are a number of bad and unethnical things that they have done related to their sport and didn’t receive as much criticism as he. I love you Micheal Vick and I will always support you-in or out of prison. Keep your head up!!!! Stay strong!! I know that you will raise above all of this!!
