The amount and timing will be suggestive of tampering rather than an ordinary call between friends. One report also says that Favre admitted the tampering to a Green Bay employee, presumably James Campen. I'm sure Campen is all set to rollover the Vikings and Favre after his old "buddy" through him under the bus on Greta the other night. Finally, another source says there was contact with Childress as well. If that's proven by phone records, the Vikings won't stand a chance and will probably end of swapping draft choices with the Pack. Regardless, we're all pretty much guaranteed Favre will stay retired at this point.
