The Chargers didn’t do anything to force the fumble, the ball slipped out of Cutler’s hand, it would have been a gift if the Chargers received the ball. Instead they let the Broncos score twice and failed to drive down for a winning field goal. The only thing in question here is the character of the Chargers and their head coach, you need to overcome and move on immediately. Unlike Ed, the Chargers were properly marked down for their failure. Ed didn’t cost the Chargers the game.
