The Dallas Cowboys placed a league-high 12 players on the NFC All-Star team. Among the players selected to the NFC squad was Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor, who died last month. Sean received the most votes at his position and was chosen as the starting free safety for the NFC team. A replacement will be announced at a later date. Eleven NFC players will participate in their first Pro Bowl, including Minnesota Vikings rookie running back Adrian Peterson, who leads the NFC in rushing yards with 1,278.

It’s was another classic Brett Favre moment on MNF last night as he heaved an 82-yard TD pass on the first play of OT to beat the Denver Broncos. What an exciting finish. The MNF gals caught up with WR Greg Jennings (who caught the game-winning pass) and DE Aaron Kampman (check him out on BPR73). Also, check out my interview with Brett from earlier this season.

Aaron earned a respected leadership role on the Packers’ D with a solid ‘05 season and was rewarded with a contract extension prior to 2006. He went out and earned every penny, leading the NFC in sacks with 15½ and earning his first Pro Bowl bid. After a long day of practices and meetings, I spoke with Aaron from Packers HQ.
