The Buffalo Bills announced the signing of first-round Draft pick (11th overall) defensive end Aaron Maybin today. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. But we have our ways. Aaron’s deal will be for five years and $25 million with roughly $15 million guaranteed. Of course, that money is for what he did in college at Penn State because he hasn’t done anything at the pro level yet and he’s already at least $15 million richer. NFL Grants Special Eligibility to 46 Underclassmen for 2009 NFL Draft

The National Football League announced today the names of 46 players who have been granted special eligibility for the 2009 NFL Draft on April 25-26. Each of the 46 players has met the league’s three-year eligibility rule and each has submitted a written application in which he renounced his remaining college football eligibility. The deadline for receiving applications was January 15. In alphabetical order, those players are:
