I just found out that the Pittsburgh Steelers will play on a new grass field during their final two regular-season home games. Heinz Field is well-known for having some of the worst turf in the NFL (although this season has been better than previous ones). Steelers Keep Natural Grass at Heinz Field

The Pittsburgh Steelers have decided to stick with the crappy natural grass at Heinz Field. For some strange reason, most of the players and coaches liked playing in the slop. So the organization decided to keep the grass for another season despite it clearly being the worst playing surface in the NFL.

The Miami Dolphins are the best 0-11 team I’ve ever seen, but they’re still 0-11. They’ve now lost six games by three points each after dropping an ugly, soggy 3-0 MNF contest to the Steelers last night. Oh, and here’s a tip for the Steelers — Field Turf. Try it, you’ll like it. The Heinz Field natural grass surface is crap. They host two teams (the Steelers and Pittsburgh Panthers) plus numerous high school championships.
