Tennessee Titans running back LenDale White is a svelte 229 pounds these days. That’s a far cry from the portly 261 pounds he was lugging around last season. And with Titans OTAs and minicamps officially over, LenDale is promising to remain disciplined so he can report to training camp (inside of one month) in the best shape of his career.

The Tennessee Titans rushed for a franchise record 323 yards en route to a lopsided 34-10 win over the Kansas City Chiefs this afternoon. Rookie running back Chris Johnson had 168 yards on 18 carries with a touchdown. And running back LenDale White added 149 yards on 17 carries with three touchdowns.
