Mother’s Day: 49ers Treat Single Moms

This week, members of the San Francisco 49ers recognized some local moms for their great efforts in overcoming hardships to create a better life for themselves and their children. In honor of Mother’s Day, twenty single mothers from Heritage Home and House of Grace in San Jose, CA, were treated to a spa day where they enjoyed complimentary manicures and pedicures provided by the 49ers.
While the moms enjoyed their treatments, wide receiver C.J. Brewer surprised each lady with a hug, a bouquet of Mother’s Day flowers and a happy Mother’s Day greeting which brought big smiles to their faces. …read more
