I attended a “conversation” with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell today and one of the more interesting topics he discussed was rookie salaries. If you recall back on April 22, Michigan OT Jake Long signed a five-year, $57.75 million contract (complete with a hefty $30 million guarantee) with the Miami Dolphins.
