In the ongoing saga that is Pacman Jones‘ life, the Tennessee Titans DB appeared in General Sessions Court in Murfreesboro, TN today. It was ruled that he must wait to see how felony charges are filed against him before a Tennessee court can rule whether his plea bargain can be revoked. A new hearing was set for January 3, 2008 to revisit the case. The charges prosecutors were trying to revive come from an incident last August at a nightclub in Murfreesboro. After a third meeting with Commissioner Goodell, Pacman Jones has decided to drop his appeal of a yearlong suspension. I’m not surprised. I said previously all that effort of an appeal was a complete waste of time. In a statement issued by newly hired agent Michael Huyghue (who was his agent when he was drafted a couple years ago), Pacman said:
