My new best friends at Pepsi gave me a heads up on their SoBe Lifewater Super Bowl ad featuring NFL players Ray Lewis (Ravens), Justin Tuck (Giants) and Matt Light (Patriots). The 60-second SoBe Lifewater spot will mark arguably the first-ever Super Bowl ad cross over event — with the SoBe Lizards and stars from the upcoming DreamWorks movie “Monsters vs. Aliens” dancing alongside current NFL players in what promises to be among the most highly-anticipated commercials on Super Sunday. Get your 3D glasses ready.

As a follow-up to my post on Under Armour’s Super Bowl XLII commercial, here’s the finished product. For all the details, check out the original post. NFL players in the commercial are Eric Ogbogu, Vernon Davis, Ray Lewis, Bob Sanders, Patrick Kerney, Eric Weddle and Brandon Jacobs. Plus NFL player-to-be Tom Zbikowski.

Under Armour Super Bowl XLII Commercial

Ok, let’s get this out of the way. Here are my Top Five Super Bowl XLII commercials from yesterday’s Giants/Patriots game:

1. Gatorade man’s best friend
2. Bud Light Jackie Moon TV commercial
3. Bridgestone “Scream”
4. Under Armour “The New Prototype”
5. Wanted movie

And there were honorable mentions from Tide to Go “Interview” – FedEx “Carrier Pigeons” and Wall-E movie. The CareerBuilder.com commercials were just wrong.
