When Twitter wasn’t enough for Chad Ochocinco to express himself, he started his own Ustream show to take the power of the press into his own hands. And I have to admit, it’s a great idea. If you want to hear it straight from Chad’s mouth and not the media’s, check it out. While it’s not something I could sit and watch for very long, it is better than half the “reality” shows on TV.

Chicago Bears Add Rod Marinelli to Staff

The Chicago Bears hired former Detroit Lions head coach Rod Marinelli as their defensive line coach/assistant head coach today. On the surface, this seems like a demotion. But it might actually be a promotion when you consider the organization coach Marinelli left. He has experience in this role. Coach Marinelli led the Tampa Bay Bucs defensive line from 1996-2005 and helped transform Warren Sapp and Simeon Rice into Pro Bowlers. So he had become accustomed to winning. Oakland Raiders DT Warren Sapp announced his retirement today on his QBKilla.com Web site with two words: I’m Done. And so ends the 13-year career of the seven-time Pro Bowler.
I was not a fan of Warren in his early days. Sure, I recognized that he was a great defensive tackle, but I didn’t care for his big mouth or his obnoxious attitude.
