To follow-up yesterday’s report on Trent Green’s concussion, he was diagnosed today with a Grade Three, the worst type. He’ll undergo further testing before deciding his future, but at his age (37-years-old), with an 0-5 team and a young family at home, I can’t imagine why he would want to risk permanent brain damage by taking the field again. I really believe Trent should retire and enjoy the financial freedom his NFL career has provided him. No pun intended but … this is a no-brainer, Trent.
