PG Chris Paul, New Orleans Hornets
Chris Paul continues to get better and better. Nowadays, he’s a threat to put up a quadruple-double every time out of the court – in points, assists, rebounds and steals. Sooner or later, he’s going to get one.
SG Kobe Bryant, Los Angeles Lakers
Kobe Bryant won the MVP last season and he’s once again having a great season. He’s not asked to do as much as some years in the past due to the surrounding talent, but he can definitely still turn it on when he needs to.
SF LeBron James, Cleveland Cavaliers
Most people agree that LeBron James is the most talented and most physically gifted player in the NBA these days. And yes, that is a scary combination. He can do just about anything on the court and this year he’s even playing stellar defense.
PF Dirk Nowitzki, Dallas Mavericks
Even though he’s been ignored for most of the season, Dirk Nowitzki is playing extremely well. He’s not far off from his MVP year. In fantasy basketball, Nowitzki helps you in a number of areas and does so consistently.
C Dwight Howard, Orlando Magic
Some fantasy owners are scared off by his free throw shooting and his turnovers. However, his scoring, rebounding and blocked shots simply can’t be denied. He has a very real possibility to lead the league in rebounding and blocks.
