Chris Douglas-Roberts is one of the most intriguing players in the 2008 NBA Draft. Douglas-Roberts is a natural born scorer who knows how to put the ball in the hole. He’s also an underrated athlete who isn’t afraid to play defense.
Despite his very good college career, Douglas-Roberts draft stock isn’t as high as one might imagine. Right now, it appears as if Douglas-Roberts will be drafted between 18 and 28. At that range, Douglas-Roberts could be a steal for an NBA team.
In terms of fantasy basketball, Douglas-Roberts could be ready to produce right away in his rookie season. If he lands on a team that will give him minutes, Douglas-Roberts could average 10 to 12 points per game and produce nice all-around stats.
