Chris Henry Suspended – Fantasy Impact

June 16, 2008 by admin

Chris Henry, the troubled wide receiver who used to be a member of the Cincinnati Bengals, has been suspended indefinitely by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

Henry is a very talented wide receiver who just has never been able to stay out of trouble. His latest brush with the law involves a man accusing Henry of punching him in the face.

Henry has a trial date later in the month. If he’s found guilty, Henry will be suspended at least the entire 2008 season. The only chance Henry has of returning to the field this season is if he’s found innocent.

In terms of his fantasy football value, it’s safe to say he has no value at the moment. Even in a dynasty league, Henry isn’t very valuable because he will likely never be able to live up to his potential.
