Are you looking for the fantasy baseball sleeper that can put your fantasy squad over the top? Here are a few players who are flying under the radar who can help out.
Garrett Jones, Pittsburgh Pirates
While the Pirates are busy trading all his teammates, Garrett Jones has been producing at an amazing rate. In the last month, he has 16 runs, 16 RBIs, 10 home runs and four stolen bases. Pick him up to ride his hot wave.
Josh Willingham, Washington Nationals
Playing for the Nationals can make you almost invisible to fantasy owners. Apparently, not many have noticed that Willingham has been hammering the ball as of late. He’s a definite outfielder sleeper for the rest of the fantasy season.
Gordon Beckham, Chicago White Sox
Who? Who cares — he’s playing very well as of late. He can play shortstop and third base. He drives home runs, steals bases and gets on base. What more could you want out of a sleeper?
Erick Aybar, Los Angeles Angels
Out of nowhere, Aybar is handling a hot stick these days. His .452 on-base percentage over the last month is very nice to see. He’s also driving in runs while mixing in a few steals. Plus he can play shortstop for your fantasy squad.
