George Martin, a former member of New York Giants, completed his cross country walk that raised money for the first responders of the 9/11 tragedy. His 3,000 mile journey raised around $2 million.
Martin’s heroics were another proud moment for the Giants family to go along with the team’s Super Bowl victory earlier this year. Along Martin’s journey, he wore out countless shoes and socks, in addition to losing 40 pounds.
