Jay Cutler Handling Diabetes – Fantasy Impact

Good news out of Denver is Jay Cutler is successfully dealing with his diabetes. Cutler was diagnosed with diabetes within the last few months and now he says that he’s feeling good. In fact, Cutler says he feels much better than he did earlier in the year.
Everyone surrounding Cutler, including teammates, doctors and family, seem very positive about Cutler’s ability to deal with the disease. Cutler is a strong-willed character who shouldn’t be affected too much. The actual medical concerns for Cutler’s conditions are minimal, as long as keeps his insulin levels steady.
In the 2008 fantasy football season, Cutler is a bit of a sleeper quarterback. He has good weapons offensively and he’s now mature enough to be depended upon. The diabetes news shouldn’t have an impact on his fantasy stock as there is no indication that he should be slowed down at all. Draft Cutler as you would without knowing about his condition.
