One of the most exciting commercial of the Olympics will be the commercial featuring Marvin Gaye and the Team USA basketball team. The commercial has Marvin Gaye signing the national anthem with appearances from various players on the team including Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.
The original national anthem featured in the video is from Marvin Gaye’s performance in the 1983 NBA All-Star Game. This rendition of the United States national anthem is regarded as one of the best ever at a sporting event. Now in this Nike commercial, a new generation of fans will get to hear Marvin Gaye’s great work.

A Legend remembered.
That is a BAD (meaning good) commercial. Every time I hear it come on, I stop what I am doing and watch it. I just wish they would show it every time from the beginning to the end.
