The Super Bowl MVP played fantastic in the playoffs and has earned every ounce of praise that he has gotten. Without Eli Manning, the New York Giants wouldn’t have made it anywhere close to where they made it. That said, what can we expect out of Manning in the 2008 fantasy football season?
Don’t expect too much. Sure, he was great in the playoffs, but his regular season stats have actually been getting worse over the years. He had 23 touchdowns and 3,336 yards to go with 20 interceptions during the regular season. In fantasy football, that’s not very good production. …read more

Six weeks ago, there were questions whether Eli Manning was a good enough quarterback to be considered the New York Giants’ quarterback of the future. Now Manning sits as the Super Bowl MVP and the guy who single-handedly beat the unbeatable New England Patriots. His numbers don’t blow you away but his poise and big play ability were off the charts. Amazing game and amazing playoff run for Manning.
