The Chicago Bears on a whole have a lot of question marks surrounding their team. Their offense is considered a major weak spot. With 2007 starting running back Cedric Benson getting waived, the team recently brought in Kevin Jones to help out.

Cedric Benson was released by the Chicago Bears on Monday. This comes after his second arrest in less than a month. Benson was first arrested for operating a boat while under the influence of alcohol. Benson’s second arrest was for driving a car while under the influence of alcohol.

Kevin Jones promising career with the Detroit Lions has come to an end. The Lions released the running back earlier in the week, citing injury concerns.
Jones, who played quite well last year when healthy, tore his ACL late in the year. In 2006, Jones suffered a season-ending foot injury late in the season. The Lions apparently thought that two season-ending injuries was one too many.
