Since Cuttino Mobley has been traded, Eric Gordon has definitely become a fantasy viable player. He’s starting, getting good minutes and producing at a good clip. Since he’s a rookie it’s hard to tell what his ceiling is but he is looking like a player that can average between 13 and 15 points in his rookie campaign.
Kris Humphries, Toronto Raptors

Kareem Rush, Indiana Pacers
Rush exploded for 22 points on Wednesday and looked very good in doing so. However, that’s not something you can expect out of him. He’s a one-dimensional streak shooter who can just as easily go 1-for-8, just like he did the previous game for the Pacers. Keep him on your league’s waiver wire.
Wally Szczerbiak, Seattle Supersonics
Szczerbiak has had some big games this year. He’s shooting the ball well and he can light up the scoreboard. That said, his role in Seattle isn’t dependable enough to warrant a spot on your fantasy team. He’s not going to start …read more
Tuesday’s NBA Preseason Action

Another day of preseason action featuring some teams who are getting on the court for the first time this season. I’ll highlight a player from each team that showed some fantasy promise.
Marcus Camby, Denver Nuggets
Talk about a good opener to a season. Even though it’s only preseason, Camby showed his fantasy potential by pulling down 23 rebounds in only 25 minutes of action. As always, if Camby stays healthy he’s a great fantasy player. He can rebound, block shots and isn’t horrible in any aspect of his game. The problem has always been his health, or lack thereof.
