After a year at a community college and a quiet first year at Michigan State, Devin Thomas excelled in his junior season. He finished the year with 79 catches, 1260 yards and eight touchdowns. In a late season win, Thomas had a great game for Michigan State against Penn State, finishing with seven catches, 139 yards and there touchdowns.

In 2007, few wide receivers in the country could put up stats that matched what Mario Manningham did for Michigan. Manningham had 72 catches, 1174 yards and 12 touchdowns. He had at least one touchdown in seven of Michigan’s final eight games. After his huge junior season, Manningham decided to enter the 2008 NFL draft.
