Shaun Hill is now the starting quarterback in San Francisco and makes for a very fine Week 9 Waiver Wire pickup. With Mike Martz still with the 49ers, you can expect the team to throw the ball a lot. Isaac Bruce has been a St. Louis Ram forever. But those days have finally come to a close with the wide receiver signing with the San Francisco 49ers on Friday.
