1) Matthew Stafford – Georgia
With the Detroit Lions having the top pick, Matthew Stafford could possibly hear his name called first overall. After seeing how Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco played in their rookie seasons, the Lions may hope that Stafford could have similar success. Although inconsistent at Georgia, Stafford’s potential is undeniable.
2) Mark Sanchez – USC
