QB Tom Brady, New England Patriots
Talk about domination. Tom Brady was 29-for-34 for 380 yards and six touchdowns. The scary thing is he didn’t even seem to try too hard. Is Brady back?

RB Thomas Jones, New York Jets
Thomas Jones had a great game — although he couldn’t stop the Jets from losing. Jones had 210 rushing yards on 22 attempts. He also chipped in with a rushing touchdown.

WR Randy Moss and Wes Welker, New England Patriots
Tom Brady’s two favorite targets had monster games in Week 6. Moss ent for eight catches, 129 yards and three touchdowns, while Welker had ten catches for 150 yards and two touchdowns.

TE Zach Miller, Oakland Raiders
The Raiders passing attack rarely gets praise. But Zach Miller was very good this week. He had six catches for 139 yards and a touchdown.

If you don’t like a running back or a quarterback in the first or second round, one of these wide receivers may be your choice. 1. Randy Moss, New England Patriots

Here’s a look at the top of our wide receiver rankings for the 2009 fantasy football season.

1. Randy Moss, New England Patriots
Sure, he’s getting up there in years but with Tom Brady back in charge, the sky is the limit for Randy Moss.

2. Andre Johnson, Houston Texans
He had a somewhat slow start last season but Andre Johnson is in an offense that lets his talents shine. He should be very good in 2009.

3. Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals
When it comes to abilities, Larry Fitzgerald is one of the top two or three wide receivers in the NFL. If Kurt Warner stays healthy, watch out.

4. Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions
If the Lions can be halfway decent this year, Calvin Johnson has the tools to be a fantasy football force.

5. Steve Smith, Carolina Panthers
Steve Smith has been a little banged up in training camp but he’s a player who you can count on to produce when he’s on the field.

QB Kurt Warner, Arizona Cardinals
This is a dream matchup for fantasy football Kurt Warner owners. At home going against his former team, Warner should be able to destroy the St. Louis Rams. He played well against the Rams earlier in the season and that was on the road. This team, he should be able to go for at least 320 yards and two touchdowns.

RB Adrian Peterson, Minnesota Vikings
Going up against the Detroit Lions, Adrian Peterson should be running early and often. The Lions are putrid defensively and the Vikings should easily be able to move the ball. The only thing that could stop Peterson in Week 14 is if it’s a blowout early and the the Vikings let him rest.

WR Randy Moss, New England Patriots
Last week, Randy Moss was relatively quiet. However, that wasn’t two surprising considering the Patriots were playing the Pittsburgh Steelers. In Week 14, the Patriots have a much easier matchup — the Seattle Seahawks. Expect Moss to be a big part of the game plan to run over the Seahawks.

TE Tony Gonzalez, Kansas City Chiefs
Tony Gonzalez is not only the best tight end at the moment in fantasy football, he’s going up against the weak defense of the Denver Broncos. He should be able to have a very good game. The Broncos aren’t a good pass defending team and Gonzalez is easily the number one option on the Chiefs on the offensive side of the ball.

Slowed by injuries early on, Ryan Grant has been a bust so far in the 2008 fantasy football season. But his schedule gets easier and he seems to be healthy, so he should become halfway decent soon.

Many fantasy owners have written off Randy Moss after the loss of Tom Brady. While his value certainly has suffered, expect him to step it up in forthcoming weeks as Matt Cassel adjusts.

TE Dallas Clark, Indianapolis Colts
In Week 1, Dallas Clark got injured. Combine that with a bye week and it seems like the fantasy world has forgotten about Clark. However, as Peyton Manning gets healthier, expect Clark to produce.

1. Randy Moss – The Brady to Moss connection will be seen plenty.
2. Terrell Owens – Owens is only other WR in Moss’ class.
3. Reggie Wayne – With Harrison aging, it’s time for Wayne to bring pain.
4. Andre Johnson – When healthy, as good as anyone.
5. Braylon Edwards – High risk, high reward in 2008 fantasy football.
6. Marques Colston – Has the makings of a very good career.
7. Larry Fitzgerald – Fitzgerald has as much natural talent as anyone.
8. TJ Houshmandzadeh – Always seems to be underrated.
9. Plaxico Burress – Super Bowl hero should be touchdown threat.
10. Torry Holt – Could definitely be a sleeper if he can remain healthy.

When it comes down to it, you should remember to have fun with fantasy football. While this game can become stressful, especially if you have money riding on whether you win or lose, you can also have fun while competing at the highest level.

One way to have fun is to draft your favorite players. If you are in a point in the draft where there are a number of good players available, there’s nothing wrong with going with the player you enjoy watching. Which players in the NFL are my favorite fantasy football players? These are the players who I enjoy watching:

Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys
Not only is his off the field romance with Jessica Simpson interesting, Tony Romo has become a quite good fantasy quarterback. He’s a fearless leader who is always trying to score – which you got to love as a fantasy football owners.

Terrell Owens, Dallas Cowboys
Romo’s main target in Dallas, Terrell Owens has become a fantasy beast. If he’s on your fantasy team, you can start him with confidence each and every week. Even if he’s going against a tough defense, TO seems to always find a way.

Randy Moss, New England Patriots
Although he had a few lean seasons, Randy Moss was back at his best last season with the Patriots. Tom Brady loves looking for Moss and Moss loves looking for the endzone. Moss might be the most natural pass catcher the game has ever seen.

LaDainian Tomlinson, San Diego Chargers
If you have a big fantasy football game, LaDainian Tomlinson is the running back you want on your side. Over the last half decade, Tomlinson has proven to be a great fantasy running back who is always a threat to have a big game.

Adrian Peterson, Minnesota Vikings
How can you not love the second-year stud on the Vikings? Adrian Peterson burst onto the scene last year and there’s no sign that he intends to slow down. Peterson has so much potential that he may revolutionize both the NFL and fantasy football.
