Ronnie Brown was on his way to have the best season of his career. However, that all changed after he hurt his foot in Week 10. Further tests determined that Brown will miss the remainder of the 2009 fantasy football season.
For fantasy owners, this is devastating news. Brown was undervalued heading into fantasy drafts and has been a very consistent players so far this season.

Ronnie Brown had a memorable game in Week 3.
QB Brian Griese, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Here are NFL players who were injured in 2007 who could potentially return in grand fashion for the 2008 fantasy football season.
QB Jake Delhomme, Carolina Panthers
After playing great to begin the season, Delhomme got hurt in the season’s third game against the Atlanta Falcons. Delhomme’s elbow injury eventually required surgery and he was out for the rest of the year. Although the sample size was small, his production in 2007 was great. Report: Ronnie Brown Done for the Season

If being winless wasn’t bad enough, the Miami Dolphins have apparently lost their only bright spot. It is being reported by the Miami Herald that Ronnie Brown is done for the season with a knee injury.
The paper, which cites two unnamed sources, is reporting that the MRI of Brown’s knee revealed enough damage that he will be out for the rest of the year.
This is a huge blow to the Dolphins and fantasy owners around the country. Coming into Sunday’s game against New England, Brown led the NFL in yards from scrimmage. He tallied 76 yards rushing and 33 …read more

QB Matt Schaub, Houston Texans
Schaub was hurt a couple of times on Sunday. He ended the day with an injured ankle and an injured hip. His status for Week 8 is unknown at this point.
QB Byron Leftwich, Atlanta Falcons
Leftwich injured his right ankle in his first start of the season with the Falcons. Leftwich has never been a sturdy option at quarterback and it appears he could be out for a while. If he is, Joey Harrington would likely get his job back.
