For the 2009-2010 fantasy basketball season, there appears to be a few rookies that should be considered for fantasy purposes. While the the 2009 NBA Draft isn’t deep with talent, it has a few players that should be able to help out right away.

Stephen Curry of Davidson has been the talk of the college basketball world after scoring 70 points in the first two rounds of the 2008 NCAA tournament. Curry, who is only a sophomore, is the son of former NBA sharpshooter Dell Curry.
While Stephen Curry is only 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds, he’s a player who’d have to play at shooting guard in the NBA.
