For that reason a lone, the Eagles have potential to be dominant in fantasy football each and every week.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers – The Bucs don’t get much respect but they are a very solid defensive group. With a good mix of veterans and younger players, Tampa Bay plays smart and does a good job of not giving up big plays. As a backup defense, the Buccaneers should be very good.

Graham, who entered last year deep on the depth charts, proved to the world that he could handle the starting duties as an NFL running back.

Graham played in 15 games and had 898 yards rushing, 324 yard receiving and ten touchdowns. In the fantasy football world, Graham was a golden waiver wire pickup early in the season.

In the 2008 campaign, Graham is expected to begin the year as the starter in Tampa Bay. Cadillac Williams is working his way back from a gruesome knee injury and isn’t expected to be ready at the beginning of the season. Warrick Dunn was signed this offseason but he’ll likely be a backup.

Although Graham doesn’t have great fantasy football potential, he’s valuable due to his receiving skills out of the backfield and his nose for the endzone. As a third running back on a fantasy team, Graham has a lot of value.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Chris Simms wants to be sent out of Tampa Bay. Simms is asking for a trade or an outright release. Why does Simms want out?

The answer seems to include head coach Jon Gruden. Simms says that Gruden wasn’t compassionate enough after Simms suffered a serious injury when he ruptured his spleen during a game in 2006. Simms has said that his relationship with Gruden is forever ruined.

Although Simms is far from a superstar quarterback, he’s long been a player viewed to have a lot of potential. The son of Phil Simms had his best season in 2005 when he finished with 2,035 yards and ten touchdowns in 11 games. After his ruptured spleen, Simms hasn’t been able to play since.

While it’s possible that a team may trade for him, the more likely option is Simms being released. If he is released, Simms could likely sign somewhere as the team’s backup quarterback. The Oakland Raiders have been named as a possible destination, as the Raiders still need a solid quarterback to backup JaMarcus Russell.
