In Dwayne Wade’s last five games, the Heat guard is averaging 32 points, 6.2 assists and 6.2 rebounds. On top of those numbers, he’s averaging 1.8 blocks and 1.4 steals. While his struggling a bit from downtown, his field goal percentage has been solid.

In the month of December, Dirk Nowitzki has been on fire. He’s averaging more than 30 points and his rebounding numbers and shooting percentages are way up. Nowitzki had a slow start to the season but has recently regained his MVP form.

Zach Randolph Trade – Fantasy Analysis

Along with the Jamal Crawford for Al Harrington trade, the New York Knicks also made noise on Friday by trading Zach Randolph to the Los Angeles Clippers. The deal sent Randolph and Mardy Collins to the Clippers for Cuttino Mobley and Tim Thomas.
As far as Randolph is concerned, this is unlikely to be good news for his fantasy basketball value. With the Knicks, he was putting up very good numbers and was see a ton of touches. Mike D’Antoni basically let him shoot whenever he wanted to.

With Mike D’Antoni at the helm, many fantasy basketball owners are looking at the New York Knicks for fantasy production. The most difficult part is to figure out where the fantasy production will come from.

Mike D’Antoni is leaving the Phoenix Suns to take over as the coach of the New York Knicks. D’Antoni was wooed by the Chicago Bulls but ultimately decided on the Bulls. New Knicks president Donnie Walsh got D’Antoni to join his team by offering a lot of money and a lot of belief in D’Antoni’s system.

While one rumor has Mike D’Antoni going to the Chicago Bulls, the New York Knicks are now also vying for his services. D’Antoni has all but ended his relationship with the Phoenix Suns and is now talking to other teams about head coaching jobs.
