Tight End Fantasy Sleepers in 2008

Tony Gonzalez, Kansas City Chiefs – Not only can Gonzalez save lives, he can save your fantasy football team. Gonzalez has been a very consistent player for a long time and he’ll likely be a sleeper this upcoming season because of his advanced age. However, don’t be confused — Gonzalez is still an elite tight end.
Donald Lee, Green Bay Packers – Lee became a Brett Favre favorite last year. If Favre decides to unretire, expect Lee to have an even better year in 2008. If Aaron Rodgers is quarterback, Lee would be a riskier pick. Either way, he’s definitely a sleeper right now.
Greg Olson, Chicago Bears – Although Olson won’t get all the touches at the tight end position for the Bears, Olson showed very good potential as a rookie last year for the Bears. He’s big, he’s strong and he has good hands.
