I’ve watched every pre-tournament game, and Canada will once again be the team to beat. Tavares, Hodgson, and Boychuck, all players who will make a huge impact in the NHL in a few years.

    aie budday canada

  3. Joke says:

Sitting here watching the final and it is obvious, Sweden has got all the talent and Canada is…Canada in Canada. It´s pathetic, referee is all in your hands! 4 times hitting our goaltender and no powerplayadvantage!

  4. Jeanne says:

I think the officiating was… interesting and I’m in Canada. I think Markstrom really exaggerating some things but I also think the Canadians did some weird/bad stuff.

what do you think happened to Sweden during this tournament in terms of power-plays? They really had a hard time scoring on them :(

  5. Kristina says:

I do not think they had problems scoring on powerplays…they scored enough while playing against us, I mean Slovaks:-)
pity the Swedish are “just” the second…I kept my fingers crossed for them.. they played beautiful ice-hockey.. not as if Canadians did not.. it is just that the world ice- hockey gets quite boring with Canadians winning everything:-)
