Bud Light Remains Official Beer of NHL

The NHL has announced that they have renewed their contract with Anheuser-Busch and Labatt (in Canadian markets) for Bud Light, which will remain the official beer of the National Hockey League – at least until 2010-2011.
The beer company and the NHL have been partners since 1998, allowing Bud Light to also be the exclusive beer sponsor for events like the NHL All-Star Game, the NHL Winter Classic and some involvement in the promotion for the Stanley Cup.
