Calgary Shut Out by San Jose in Game 2

GEEZUM! The first period of this game was spectacular. The Calgary Flames and the San Jose Sharks were toe-to-toe and then the second period happened. HOLY SH*T. That was the worst!
The officiators called a couple iffy penalties against Calgary and then the Flames just started playing like they had lost their minds. The worst moment for me was when the Flames already had two men in the box and Jim Vandermeer flipping slashed Joe Thornton in the leg! Miikka Kiprusoff had to face so many power plays and I thought it was just ridiculously unfair. I think the Flames should be ashamed of putting their goaltender through that crap during the second game he has had to play in a row.
Was there stupidity and unfairness in the calls? Yes but not enough to warrant the kind of shameful, renegade behavior I just watched.
Both goalies, Kiprusoff and Evgeni Nabokov, were phenomenal.
Final score: Flames 0, Sharks 2
