They travel all over North America and come home to their families, possibly sick and their families come into contact with the rest of us. I don't think they did anything others wouldn't have if they thought about it. While I am not a fan, I applaud their decision and I believe it was already in motion before the shortage was discovered. If you want to put the blame somewhere put it on the people who made bad decisions about how to administer it to the populace.
