Manny Fernandez Out For Season!

December 13, 2007 by Jeanne Dupuis
Filed under Boston Bruins, Injuries, News, Players

Manny Fernandez is scored on by Christopher Higgins on Oct. 22. The Boston Bruins officially lost their goaltender, Manny Fernandez, after he had knee surgery on Wednesday.  Fernandez hasn’t played since hurting his left knee at practice on October 30th.

The worst part?  It’s the same knee that prematurely ended his playing days last season following a game against the Minnesota Wild on January 25th.

Maybe Manny and Manny (Legacé) want to share more than just their name – maybe they want matching knee scars too?
