NHL Baby Pacifiers Get Recalled

Baby pacifiers with NHL team logos on it are being recalled in Canada (I haven’t heard of anything for the States) out of fear that they present a choking hazard. Apparently, the handle and nipple parts can separate and could be potentially danger.
So far, only one incident of the pacifiers coming apart has been reported and, thankfully, there were no injuries. Again, I’m not sure if the recall affects products that were made and/or sold in the U.S. If you have doubts, I’d suggest contacting the store where you bought it.
