Simple Plan’s Hockey Theme Cover – Love it or Hate it?

Until literally 5 minutes ago, I avoided listening to Simple Plan’s cover of the former Hockey Night in Canada theme song. Listen to it and then we can talk:
I’ve got a couple reasons for not listening to this weeks ago. The first is that I’m still not over CBC losing the rights to the song. Secondly, I really don’t like Simple Plan (yeah, I said it).
