Veilleux Avoids Arbitration, Staying with Wild

Stephane Veilleux was able to avoid a salary arbitration hearing by agreeing to the terms of a one-year deal with the Minnesota Wild. He’s a major part of their game (even though I think he misses the net… a lot!) and I like him so I’m glad things worked out. He scored a career high of 11 goals last season (yeah… in 77 games) and seven assists.
