The Authentic License is awarded only to manufacturers whose products are worn or used by the players on the field. Phiten is the first Japan based company to garner this honor and the 10th company overall. Professional athletes all over the world have embraced Phiten products, not only utilizing them during training but incorporating them in their daily lives as well. Athletes such as Cy Young award winner Tim Lincecum, world class runner Kara Goucher and professional golfer Sergio Garcia.
