Alex Rodriguez and Pete Rose – Texting Pals

Alex Rodriguez, the star third baseman of the New York Yankees, has being texting pals with baseball legend Pete Rose. Rodriguez and Rose met in Las Vegas in 2006 and they’ve become close friends.
Rodriguez is having another fine season for the Yankees in 2008. He’s hitting .324 with 12 homers and 37 RBI. He missed a stretch of games with a quadriceps injury but he’s back and red hot inside at the plate.
